Mileage & Expense Reimbursements

For follow-up visits in satellite clinics, you need to request for mileage reimbursements to cover your fuel driving back and from them.

Some visits also require you to buy supplies. A common one is dry ice to ship lab samples to a core lab. We usually use the hospital lab's supply, but when they are out, we buy our own.

See this folder for forms to fill out to request mileage & expense reimbursements. They are quite self-explanatory to follow through.
